1. Reducer: The 10 ton electric hoist reducer mainly relies on gears. Our gears adopt a new generation of gear materials and adopt multiple processes such as carburizing, quenching and gear grinding. They have good hardness, strong heat resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, Corrosion resistance, can improve the lifting capacity of the wire rope electric hoist and prolong its service life.
2. Steel wire rope: adopts high-strength lifting steel wire rope, which has high wear resistance and anti-extrusion performance and prolongs the service life.
3. Motor: The hoisting motor adopts a large dynamic torque conical rotor brake asynchronous motor without additional braking.
4. Walking trolley: The 10-ton wire rope electric hoist adopts a new generation of electric hoist walking trolley, which increases the effective lifting height and saves costs. The material of the trolley is generally alloy steel or nodular cast iron to reduce driving resistance, thereby reducing wear and extending track life.

and sample cost will be back to customer once started mass production.
